Mr. Kennedy joined Mark VII in November 2006 from Richardson Electronics, Ltd., where during his twelve year tenure he held the position of Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Electron Device Group and of the Industrial Power Group. His prior experience includes management positions with Litton Electron Devices Group and ITT Electron Devices Division. Kennedy holds a MBA degree from the University of Chicago and a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University. |

Mr. Tribbett has over 14 years of financial
management experience at global
manufacturing companies. He joins Mark VII
from Norgren, Inc., a manufacturer of
pneumatic products, where he was Director of
Finance and Controller. Tribbett previously
served in a variety of finance roles with
Crane Co., The GSI Group Inc. and
Federal-Mogul Corporation. He holds a
bachelor’s degree in international economics
from Valparaiso University and a master’s
degree from the American Graduate School of
International Management. |

Mr. Jeffs joined Mark VII in 2007, coming from WashTec’s UK subsidiary, where he spent the three years as Managing Director. Prior to WashTec, he was with Jung Heinrich, a German materials handling company, where he spent twenty years in sales and sales management positions and nine years as Managing Director. Jeffs holds a degree in Business Management from the Manchester Business School in Manchester, England. |

Mr. Stellner has over 30 years of experience in technical support organizations and is responsible for technical support and training programs for Mark VII's distribution network. He joined Mark VII in 2005 from Kwik Trip Inc., a chain of over 350 convenience stores in the Midwest, where he was Director of Store Engineering and was responsible for developing the company's carwash program. Earlier in his career, Stellner spent 16 years as a technician and project manager for a large distributor of Gilbarco retail petroleum equipment. |

Mr. Mingee has over 15 years of engineering experience and manages Mark VII's team of 15 engineers and designers that are responsible for research and development as well as sustaining engineering. He joined Mark VII in 1999 from Windsor Industries, where he served as design engineer and project leader in the development of industrial floor cleaning products, and his prior experience includes designing aerial transport systems for Von Roll Tramways. Mingee holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University. |
