July 22, 2010 – Arvada, Colorado – Mark VII Equipment Inc., the US subsidiary of WashTec AG of Germany, the leading producer of vehicle washing equipment worldwide, today announced it has acquired the assets of carwash distributor Chem Tec West Enterprises Ltd. in the provinces of Alberta, Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Concurrently, Mark VII has signed Chem Tec West as a distributor in British Columbia.
