Mark VII is Acquired by WashTec AGJanuary 18, 2006 –
Arvada, Colo. – Mark VII Equipment LLC, an industry leader in
touch-free carwash systems, today announced that WashTec AG¹ of
Augsburg, Germany, world leading supplier of carwash equipment,
entered into an agreement to acquire the business.
Since 2003 Mark VII has been the exclusive U.S. master
distributor of WashTec’s Softwash line of friction carwash systems.
Mark VII will continue operations from its current headquarters in
Arvada, Colorado and will begin manufacturing Softwash friction
rollover systems in its factory in 2006 to complement its AquaJet
GT™ touch-free rollover systems, AquaSpray™ self-serve systems, and
AquaJet™ tunnel systems.
