We make managing a carwash easy.

With your carwash business now thriving, you need to ensure uptime is maximized and the revenue keeps flowing. Our factory-trained field service professionals keep your equipment operating at peak performance and your chemicals calibrated to deliver high quality cleaning results to every customer.

Advanced Service Plan

  • 3 year plan.
  • Flat fee per month.
  • Includes travel, labor and parts.
  • Full Coverage Service  
    • Urgent Service
      • Response to a service call where the car wash is down, and unable to wash any vehicles.
      • Excludes customer correctable calls.
      • Mark VII aims to complete urgent service at the facility within 8 hours of the customer’s call (if during business hours), 7 days a week (excluding holidays).
    • Routine Service
      • Mark VII aims to complete routine service at the facility within 16 hours of the customer’s call (if during business hours), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
    • Planned Maintenance 
      • 4 planned visits per year. 
      • Additional planned maintenance visits can be purchased.
      • Inspection of the following items (if applicable) at a facility:
        • Gantry including: brushes, swivels, nozzles (check and clean), flow control valves, motor and gearboxes, solid couplings, pneumatic systems, rollers and ball bearings, filters, electrical systems, undercarriage, dryers, pumping plant, general maintenance, lubrication, chemical applications, tracks, rails, water softener, air compressor, RO system and reclaim (if above ground system).
        • Technician will also check wash quality to ensure a Clean, Dry and Shiny car.
  • Response time commitment.

  • We have several flexible payment plans available. Please speak to your Mark VII Representative to find the one that works for you. Make sure to ask about our discount options as well. 

On-demand Service Plan

  • Repairs
    • Customer will be charged for labor based on site, parts and travel 
      • Repair time will be an hourly rate. 
      • Travel charge will be a flat fee based on distance from service technician base.
      • Response time is not guaranteed.
  • Preventative Maintenance 
    • Labor, travel consumable and lubricants are included.
    • Inspection of the following items (if applicable) at a facility:
      • Gantry including: brushes, swivels, nozzles (check and clean), flow control valves, motor and gearboxes, solid couplings, pneumatic systems, rollers and ball bearings, filters, electrical systems, undercarriage, dryers, pumping plant, general maintenance, lubrication, chemical applications, tracks, rails, water softener, air compressor, RO system and reclaim (if above ground system).
    • Technician will also check wash quality to insure a Clean, Dry and Shiny car.
    • Preventive maintenance report provided at the end of the visit.
    • Rate: flat fee.
